Rawalakot, (Parliament Times) : Raja Shamriz Khan Seassion, with the authority of Anti-Corruption Poonch Rawalakot, handed down various punishments to the subject government named Muhammad Shehzad for getting a promotion on the fake matric certificate.
The judiciary has sentenced him to four years imprisonment and a fine of thirty thousand for committing the offense PCA 2/5. In APC/468 two years imprisonment and a fine of ten thousand and offense APC 471, sentenced to imprisonment for one year, in case of non-payment of fine, the offender will suffer imprisonment for another three months.
The challan of this case was presented in the court on 2/6/22. Muhammad Shehzad was accused of getting a promotion as junior clerk from Naib Qasid based on a fake matric certificate and later he was promoted to senior clerk and retired from the job in June 2021. In Rawalakot, the criminal was arrested and handed over to District Jail Rawalkot.
