Muzaffarabad /MIRPUR  (AJK), (Parliament Times) : Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Ch.Anwarul Haq paid a surprise visit to the Civil Secretariat at 08:30 am on Tuesday.

During his visit the PM checked the biometric attendance of all secretaries and secretariat staff.

On this occasion, ninety percent of the secretaries were present in their offices.

Prime Minister Haq expressed his satisfaction over the presence of secretaries and secretariat staff.

Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said that good governance was the top priority of the coalition government. He said that good governance was imperative for proper utilization of resources, public welfare and providing basic amenities of life to people at their doorsteps.

During the PM’s unscheduled visit, some senior government secretaries reached the office late by 30 to 40 minutes. Expressing his displeasure over secretaries show up late, the PM directed them to observe office hours strictly.
