Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : President Youth Council Pakistan Muhammad Shehzad Khan while addressing the dinner reception to celebrate “Chinese Lunar Year and Spring Festival” in Islamabad being organized by Pak China Overseas Community (PCOC) said, “This celebration not only honors the rich heritage of the Chinese Lunar New Year but also emphasizes the importance of unity and harmony in our diverse society.”
The celebration not only marked the beginning of the Chinese New Year also signifies the spirit of renewal and prosperity associated with the Spring Festival. Participants were treated to a rich cultural experience, featuring traditional Chinese performances, auspicious decorations, and an exquisite menu showcasing the finest Chinese delicacies.
The dinner reception attended by esteemed dignitaries, Pakistani & Chinese business community including President Pak China Overseas Community Naimat Ulla Jan, Vice Chairman Pak China Overseas Community Shoukat Ali Safi, Country Director Pak China Overseas Community China Lilee, Sana Ullah Khan, Bureau Chief Dawn News Iftikhar Sherazi, Director Media Pak China Overseas Community Yahya Mir, General Secretary Yuwi City Ibrar Khan and other Pakistani and Chinese business leaders. The event highlighted the importance of creating an opportunity for cross-cultural interactions and fostering stronger ties between the Chinese and Pakistani communities.
