Lahore : Chief Executive Officer PPIF and Director General Population Welfare Department Punjab Saman Rai participated as a special guest in the “International FP Summit 2024” held in Karachi. The summit was designed as a forum for an in-depth exploration of existing family planning practices as institutional strategies, bringing together stakeholders, including academia, policymakers, government officials, and non-government organizations. Representatives participated in large numbers. The theme of this International FP Summit is “Family Planning, Key to Achieving the SDGs”. CEO PPIF and DGP WD Saman Rai representing Punjab at the summit said in his address that the role of family planning is very important to achieve the goals of sustainable development of the country. It indicates the development and development of the country. At present, there is a need for strong efforts to create comprehensive awareness about family planning among people across the country.
