Of late,horrifying news about the bulk sale of contaminated milk in whole of our country is making rounds.Not only big cities but smaller cities and towns in my part of the world like Shikarpur Jacobababad,Kandhkot, Kashmore and Larkana . are also hard hit by milkmafia selling chemical milk with impunity.Mafia is minting money at the cost of nation’s health.The danger of terrible diseases like cancer,stomach troubles and contagious diseases specially amongst vulnerable section of population is looming large. The district administration, everywhere,in my country seems to be a silent spectator and perhaps helpless before this powerful and profiteering milk mafia as the sale in huge quantity continues unchallenged. The nexus of this unholy alliance should be broken forthwith. Sir,if this nefarious business ruining our health is not contained and stopped,there ‘ll be dangerous consequences badly affecting our health and mental growth specially of our children and pregnant women as milk constitution one of our basic needs It was high time that a ruthless crackdown is launched against the milk mafia eliminating their roots for the sake of the general good and health of nation.
