Paris : Former Coordinator Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir for Europe Chaudhry Naeem Akhtar has been appointed member of the Central Council of Pakistan Muslim League-N Azad Jammu and Kashmir. On the occasion, Chaudhry Naeem Akhtar in a special conversation with the media representatives said that first of all I am grateful to God Almighty, then the leader of Pakistan Muslim League-N Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, President of Pakistan Muslim League-N Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, Vice President PML-N Ms. Maryam Nawaz, President Pakistan Muslim League-N Azad Kashmir Shah Ghulam Qadir, Former Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan, Senior Vice President Pakistan Muslim League-N Azad Kashmir Raja Mushtaq Minhas, Secretary General Pakistan Muslim League-N Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Tariq Farooq. he further said that entire leadership of PML-N will change the destiny of the country by taking it on the path of progress and prosperity.”
The PML-N party is eyeing Nawaz Sharif’s return as it considers that the comeback will give them a boost in the election, which is set to take place on February 8. He said that PML-N would accept the public’s mandate in the upcoming polls, urging the people to make their decisions after looking into certain facts and by juxtaposing the performance of the PML-N governments with that of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s (PTI) four-year saga of destruction.
Naeem mentioned that PTI’s tenure was tainted with huge corruption scams – including sugar and wheat scams, BRapid Transit Peshawar, Malam Jabba, the sale of Toshakhana gifts, and a Pound 190 billion UK agency corruption. “No one could deny these stark facts,” he added.
While lauding the statesmanship qualities of Nawaz, he regretted that the former prime minister was removed from power despite the fact that he had ended hours-long crippling load shedding, provided laptops and loans to youth, brought muti-billions China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CEPC) power and road infrastructure projects during 2015.
