Paris: Jammu Kashmir Democratic Forum France ( JKDFF) reorganized a new set-up for the coming two years in the meeting yesterday.
According to Forum media briefing Chaudhry Maqsood Ahmed Chief Patron, Sardar Akhlaque Ahmed Chairman, Asif Jarral President, Senior Vice President Fraraz Ahmed, General Secretary Ali Chaudhry Por and Secretary Information MR Tahir Mirza and French coordinator Mr Asad and other office bearers will discharge their duties for coming two years.
After the reorganization in the meeting, the Forum reassessed its activities and its role in highlighting the Kashmir issue during the last two years.
The meeting expressed satisfaction and confidence in the performance of the Forum and especially appreciated the endeavours and untiring efforts made by Mr Asif Jarral President of the Forum.
It is pertinent to mention here that Asif Jarral organized more than five virtual conferences and seminars, in which many internationally renowned scholars, human rights activists, professors, and intellectuals participated in highlighting the plight of the oppressed Kashmiris and exposing Indian ugly farce democracy. Modi government’s Hindutwa agenda and the repealing of Articles 370 and 35 A of its constitution for changing the demographic complexion of the State of Jammu Kashmir State were rightly told to the world.
The Forum also praised and appreciated Mr. Jarral’s contribution to the United Nations Council of Human Rights forum three times and exposed the Indian atrocities and crushing of civil liberties by the Indian military and paramilitary forces in Indian Occupied Jammu Kashmir (IOJK ).
The meeting reaffirmed to further expedite its activities and efforts to muster the world’s support in achieving the right to self-determination for the people of Jammu Kashmir.
Rich tributes were offered to Dr Nazir Shal for his services and sacrifices for the cause of Kashmir and condolences were offered to his family besides extending special prayers for the departed soul( Aamen).
