ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has approved bail of former chairman PTI Imran Khan in three cases and bail of Shah Mehmood Qureshi in two cases.
Judge Abual Hasanat Zulqarnain approved bail pleas of founder of PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
Prosecutor Raja Navid and PTI counsels Sardar Masroof and Khalid Yousuf appeared in the court.
Prosecutor Raja Navid took the plea PTI leaders staged protest deliberately. PTI founder tried to provoke people. Unnecessary leniency is being shown to PTI leaders. The bail pleas of Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi be dismissed.
The court inquired were Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi present on the occasion.
Prosecutor said Shah Mehmood Q ureshi and founder of PTI were not present on the occasion.
ATC Judge remarked bail pleas of Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi are approved. The bail of other co-accused have been confirmed.
ATC Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain granted bail to Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi against surety bonds worth Rs 30000 each.
