Razaq Nadeem, the famous bureaucrat of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, who got the opportunity of top and middle level management in various departments of Azad Kashmir and implemented principles in these departments. The fruits of which are reaching the people till today. The first time when he became the Secretary of Education, he took many steps for educational improvement.The fruits of which improved a lot within the department. After that he took charge of the TEVTA department. And this department works on various skills developmen for male and female.He took many steps for all and especially people who had skills but no certificate. They could work better.Focused on this within the department and developed this department on modern lines.And improved the process of issuing certificates according to their skills.During his tenure TEVTA participated in various local and national level exhibitions and the relationship with various national and international donors and public was strengthened . Now he has resumed the post of Secretary of Education Department (Elementary and Secondary). So he started reforms. Such teachers who are in foreign countries without departmental permission. Taking action against them, they were suspended. Now this action was taken against 120 elementary male and female teachers. Now more actions will be started against senior teachers and various cadres in the education department. In this way, the teachers who are in foreign countries will be replaced by new teachers through various departmental examinations and the education system will move towards improvement. He has initiated various reforms in the education department, which is improving the educational performance of the institutions. These reforms include the activation of biometrics attendence and daily checking of staff attendance and assembly within the institutions and other reforms. For the improvement of any institution, along with administrative and academic skills, honesty is also very important. Mr.Razaq Nadeem is an honest personality along with the said administrative skills. The government of Azad Kashmir should benefit from the services of such officers. May Allah Almighty bless him.
