Kashif Chaudhry further said that I asked the IG Islamabad why the named accused of this case had not been arrested. Why was a person involved in this case not named in ECL? Why was he allowed to go out of the country? Met the police officers and asked his IO why his name was not included in ECL. Where are the organizations that geofence that share information? I want to request the Chief Justice, that the man escaped after the bail was rejected before arrest. For them, this case is a test case.
