There are some ingredients and tips which makes a class disaplain and bring courage to the students. The first and most important one is focus. While a teacher acute focus in his students the better he perform. Nevertheless, when you want to change students personality firstly you have to changed yourself because they can take what you provide. A student doesn’t provide focus untill if you do not focus on him since they are learner. Furthermore Every teacher should have more then three methods of teaching because teachers are not those who provide you something to drink rather teachers are those who compel you to find something to drink. The better you focus own them the better they perform. second one is attention. Never appear yourself that you are not motivated, strength, interested and not having capacity. It is better for your ability to teach for students to learn. You have to appreciate those students who give you wrong answer because likewise he becomes more strength and interested about that thing. We have to develop a good environment where a student must get something appreciate. Only having well marks does not recognize once career prestigious organization and better relationship. It is more better to make students well behaved and humanity rather then focusing marks. For a teacher it is better to make a role model for a student to realize that nothing is impossible as the bite of hard work. The more your attention will be there the better they provide you time, respect and run commensurate of you. having plains. Always plains different and more because much of them are not very compulsory to be taught. Different plains bring voracious interest. All students mind are not equal. A teacher much bring voracious communication skills, conversation skills and motivating skills. These are very ought to built for a teacher especially because teaching is a artist. If you have these qualities then definitely you can make a strong relationship among students and yourself. Only your all strives of years built and forward a student career and destination. Because you are the role model of your class students well. At the last, the better you teach the more you become luckier.
