RAWALPINDI, (Parliament Times) : Renowned director and producer Aasma Butt said that Shabbir Mirza (Late) was a famous actor of Drama and film, whose artistic services will always be remembered.
Yesterday, a ceremony was held in Rawalpindi Art Council for the senior actor Shabbir Mirza(Late) under the management of director and producer Aasma Butt.On this occasion, Director Rawalpindi Art Council Waqar Ahmad, Founder Rawalpindi Art Council Naheed Manzoor, Sulaiman Sunny, Shabbir Mirza’s family along with artists of twin cities Anjum Habibi, Babar Niazi, Javed Niazi, Noreen Begum, Saeed Anwar, Imran Rushdi, Lala Yar Muhammad, Manawer Khan Afridi, Ali Shan, Noor, Saleem Affendi Shah, Mahmouda Qamar, Rahim Mustafa, Rais Mastana, Haji Azam, Ansar Mehmood, Amjad Chaudhry, Nawaz Ali Hazravi, Raheel Mustafa, Saima Rehman, Aslam Bhatti, Shahid Mirza, Kaleem. Khan, Mehboob Jan, Aamir Zaryab, Mumtaz Khan, Ali, Karan, Sofia and many others participated.At the beginning of the ceremony, the Quran was recited for the late Shabbir Mirza.
Later expressing her thoughts, Aasma Butt said that Shabbir Mirza was a beloved actor who passed away fighting a deadly disease like cancer. Renowned film and television actor Shabbir Mirza worked in many dramas and films. . In which dramas like Guest House, Mickey Khadro England, Aghoosh, were very famous amoung public.Besides being a good actor, he was a very good person. I pay tribute to Shabbir Mirza for his artistic services. May Allah forgive him and give patience to his family. Amen.Naheed Manzoor, the founder of Rawalpindi Art Council, said that if it is not possible to join in happiness, but it is necessary to participate in someone’s grief. Shabbir Mirza was a very good artist, I pray for his forgiveness.
