LONDON/ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has made telephonic contact with PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif and former president Asif Ali Zardari and made consultation with them on the matters of prevailing political situation of the country and appointment of caretaker PM.
As per sources the three were of consensus opinion that the process of appointment of care taker PM will be completed as per law and constitution and care taker government will hold election within 90 days.

Sources said that Shehbaz Sharif also made consultation with Asif Zardari and Nawaz Sharif on name of five candidates which have been shortlisted by PPP and PML-N.

These names include one technocrat, two former bureaucrats and two politicians.

PM Shehbaz Sharif said to Asif Zardari to present these names to other allied parties so that a consensus decision could be made.
