The government of Pakistan and all its institutions, as well as all parties, organizations, and schools of thought, stand in solidarity with our Kashmiri brothers and sisters, especially those in the occupied state of Jammu and Kashmir, on the historic day of February 5th. Various events are organized across the country and abroad to express support for the oppressed and subjugated people who are victims of Indian aggression. The government of Pakistan, its institutions, and the whole nation are committed to supporting the political, moral, and diplomatic supports efforts of the state leadership and the people’s struggle for freedom. The nation assures its Kashmiri brothers and sisters that they are with them until their birth and human rights are realized. On this occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day, the government of Pakistan and its institutions, as well as all parties, organizations, and schools of thought, as well as the government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, its institutions and departments, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, and all other party organizations, media, and schools of thought, leaders, comrades, workers, and the public, express their solidarity with their Kashmiri brothers and sisters in the occupied state through various programs, events, rallies, and processions. This includes not only the Kashmiri people living in other parts of the country and cities but also Kashmiri and Pakistani immigrants living abroad and their representatives. The Indian atrocities, including round-ups and other cruel and aggressive acts against the Kashmiri people, are condemned. The attention of the United Nations and other international organizations is drawn to their global and diplomatic responsibilities and asked to impose on India to stop its daily atrocities and aggression against the civilian population of seizefair line and in the occupied state of Jammu and Kashmir. The actions of the occupying forces and serious human rights violations are brought to the attention of international human rights institutions and organizations as well as. Special attention is drawn to the events of the day in the state, national, and international media, highlighting the importance of the activities.On the occasion of the recent Kashmir Solidarity Day on February 5, 2023, the Government of Azad Kashmir through its Department of Services and General Administration, Kashmir Liberation Cell/Liberation Cell and Public Relations Department, along with other government and semi-government institutions and departments, are organizing important joint programs, events, and rallies in divisions and districts to express solidarity with the people of occupied Kashmir. Arrangements are being finalized to hold these events in other places across the country, including Rawalpindi Islamabad and other cities of the country.A meeting was presided over by the Most senior Minister of the Government, Khawaja Farooq Ahmed Khan sahib, to plan these events. According to the decisions made in this meeting, the Secretary of the Department of Services, Raja Amjad Pervez Sahib, and the Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell / Commission, Ejaz Hussain Lon Sahib, are performing important duties at the government and official level. To ensure implementation, officers and officials of the various departments are conducting for necessary programs and events on February 5th. All departments are working together to organize these events in timely manner at various locations. It is expected that, like every year, the government of Azad Kashmir will observe February 5th as the historic day of expressing solidarity with Kashmiris. During the special joint meeting of the Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly and Jammu and Kashmir Council, where the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan have been invited to participate in the joint session, the people of the occupied state of Jammu and Kashmir and its leadership will pass a unanimous resolution expressing solidarity with the freedom struggle of Kashmiri people. This resolution will also address the day-to-day offensive of the Indian forces occupying the civilian population living near the Cease-Fire Line. Along with the service of operations, international organizations and powers will be drawn towards the freedom struggle of Kashmiris and their international and diplomatic responsibilities.The Kashmir Solidarity Week will begin in Britain and Europe on Friday, February 3, under the leadership of Raja Najabat Hussain (Stara Pakistan), the Founder Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Movement for Self-determination International. According to the statement from the media cell of the movement of Right to Self-Determination, the opening ceremony of the Kashmir Solidarity Week in UK cities will be held at Old Hum and will be attended by representatives from all parliamentary parties, including the Chairperson Debbie Abrahams MP, the Senior Vice Chairman Shed, the Minister Barrister Imran Hussain MP, the Chairman Labor Friends of Kashmir UK Shed Winsor Andrew Wynne MP, the Parliamentary Secretary Govt of AJK Prof. Taqdees Geelani, the Consul General of Pakistan Manchester Ms. Bahiya Khurshid, the Youth Leaders and workers of the People’s Party Azad Kashmir, and others from various spheres of life and public opinion as well as media persons. The team of Jammu and Kashmir Movement for Self-Determination International will also visit British cities including Bradford, Birmingham to hold meetings and seminars in connection with the Kashmir Solidarity Day. They will participate in a peace march organized by Britain All Parties International Kashmir Coordination Committee.On February 9, the Jammu Kashmir Movement for Self-Determination International will commemorate the death anniversary of Muhammad Afzal Gaur Shaheed and on February 11, the death anniversary of Muhammad Maqbool Butt Shaheed. These events will honor the sacrifices of these and other martyrs who gave their lives in the struggle for the freedom of the state of Jammu and Kashmir and other devotional events will also be organized.
