Compile the sample on your stamp paper and submit it to the Election Commission as per earlier, but the members of the Kashmir Council have not yet submitted the details of their assets for the financial year 2021-22 to the Election Commission. According to section 78 sub-section (6) of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Elections Act 2020, if the details of assets are not submitted by these members by 15 January 2023, the membership of these honorable members may be suspended until the assets are submitted.
