These days, women’s reproductive health is a major concern. Pakistani women are the group of people who are most susceptible to problems with reproduction. It is frowned upon in our society to talk about reproductive health. In Pakistan, males are the primary provider of income, hence women turn to them for assistance with all manner of needs. Dependency is another problem. Men are expected to care for their wives, mothers, and daughters. The bad news is that they have no knowledge of problems with female reproduction. They don’t know about it. Our schools are failing—or not even attempting—to instruct students on topics related to reproductive health. There is opposition to those who share or educate children in schools. The second most frequent malignancy in Pakistan is ovarian cancer. Additionally, there is a substantial death rate. The mother ignored their worrisome symptoms or perhaps was unable to talk about them, and they died in excruciating pain.Health care systems are either ineffective or lacking in essential components. How will the woman be treated? We know why the majority of people won’t be able to afford a private hospital.Instead of consulting a doctor, people choose to get their medications from medical shop employees. Although the medication reduces the symptoms, it cannot get rid of the underlying problem.Additionally influencing this issue is poverty. With a GDP per capita of 1537, how will Pakistanis be able to pay for extremely expensive medicine? Another tale involves sanitary napkins. Sanitary pad raw materials are imported. The daily dollar growth drives up the price of imported goods, which drives up the price of the final product (pads). This is not a luxury item, but rather a woman’s fundamental and hygienic need. Rural women don’t know about pads; they use soiled fabric for their period, which leads to excruciating illnesses. They can use reusable pads, which are at least hygienic, but our understanding is still lacking. Family planning is a good thing, but abusing birth control pills can mess with your hormones. The primary cause of many problems with reproductive health is this hormonal imbalance. This problem with reproductive health is more prevalent in urban areas. Below are a handful of them causes. living a sedentary lifestyle and eating a lot of fried food. Those who live in cities. Everything is celebrated with a meal. We associate happiness with food. We used to feed a crying child sugary treats. We must remember that we must eat in order to survive, not in order to live for a meal. Heart disease and other problems are caused by fried meals. We need to stop consuming fried food in excess and switch to healthier options. Foods with a high sugar content are a burden for the human body. Our body isn’t programmed to take this high rush of carbohydrates. When a female suffers from Gonorrhea and conceives a baby so there is a high chance that her baby might get blind. This transfer from one partner to another. Syphilis women get pregnant so there is a chance that the child can be mentally retard.Again, this is alarming our government must run a campaign for this. Make our people aware. The health care system and pads are inaccessible to women. For them, we must build a bridge of opportunities. They are from us and we abide to take care of them.
