MUZAFFARABAD, (Parliament Times) : The Secretariat of Industry and Commerce, Mineral Resources, Printing Press and Sericulture has assigned the charge of Director Silk B19 to Muhammad Rizwan ullah Khan, Senior Most Officer Entomologist B18 of Silk Department. Mohammad Rizwanullah Khan has extensive experience in the relevant field and has completed the Management Course (MCMC) in addition to having the required education.
The said officer has also completed a technical course in the relevant department of the Republic of China. He has also served three times as the Director of Silk B19 of the Department of Sericulture. He is a hardworking, highly competent and professional officer. His appointment will significantly improve the development, research and working of the silk department.
