Muzafar Bahawal Laghari
For the first time in history, the Sindh Education Department made record-breaking nominations. The credit goes directly to the Minister of Education, Culture and Special to Education Secretary, Mr. Akbar Leghari, who is responsible for it, did not give up even if there were hundreds of obstacles and removed all the obstacles when the recruitment process was completed. Due to the lack of education and the high rate of daily use of things, people have lost their trust in the government due to the injustice done to them and the lack of merit. By making educational recruitment policies more flexible, provided by the Secretary continued to facilitate recruitment. But when the process can not be completed even after more than a year due to the lack of interest in the lower staff, the biggest of which is the political hurdles that slow down the merit recruitment process and seem to push towards demerit somewhere. But when the process cannot be completed even after more than a year due to the lack of interest in the lower staff, the biggest of which is the political hurdles that slow down the merit recruitment process and seem to push towards demerit somewhere. In which there are major obstacles in terms of merit to the recommendation of the lower staff treated as serving a political person. I would like to clarify that due to the impact of the economic crisis caused by the recent frequent floods and the lockdown due to Corona, the lower middle class is very worried. And there has been a lot of confusion in posting politically opposed teaching posts, where teachers from neighboring villages were kept eight to ten kilometers away due to political opposition to changing their posts. A few examples are the District Tandoallahayr Taluka Chamber’s Deh Lahar native teachers from UC Nasir Laghari who were located at Deh Mirakhori and Deh Kapahu. The distance should be between 20 and 25 km. While two Deh Kapaho teachers were posted to Deh Lah, the alternative distance between the posted villages of these teachers was only a few kilometres. They would have helped in burning the hearth of their house, but even today, they are being wasted in the distance in the cost of petrol and bus fares without salary. This also has a direct impact on the educational process caused by late arrival at a precious moment. The above-mentioned crisis-prone lower and middle class teachers have to pay two to three hundred rupees on a daily basis for the fare of the ride if the same teachers are hired, even though seats are vacant in their nearby villages. The lower Kamora Shahi should be asked about the education of this disturbing process they are evolved in political influence. We request the Secretary of Education to take notice of the injustices of the Lower Kamora Shahi by the teachers and to give alternative and nearby schools to the recruited teachers until the salary process starts, until they leave the job due to some economic reason to avoid obstacles. That’s hope, not a wish.
