ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has fixed for hearing the appeal pleas of PTI dissent members against the decision of their de-seatng.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial will hear the appeals on November 09.
Election Commission had de-seated 25 members of PTI on the reference filed by PTI chairman Imran Khan. The dissident members of PTI had cast their votes in favor of PML-N candidate Hamza Shahbaaz Sharif in Punjab chief minister election.
The dissident members had challenged election commission decision in SC.
