QUETTA,(Parliament Times): The Central Vice President Balochistan Awami Party Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri has contradicted US President Joe Biden’s ineffectual and misleading statement regarding Pakistan in which he said that “Pakistan is a most dangerous country and its nuclear program is irregular and it is unsafe”. She expressed deep anger and strongly condemned the irresponsible statement of the American President and said that the Pakistani nation would have rejected this irresponsible statement of the American President and wants to convince the whole world that Pakistan is definitely a responsible nuclear power in which no one should have any doubt. Pakistan is the only Islamic nuclear power of two billion Muslims and has always wanted peace in the world. Before and after getting nuclear power, Pakistan has always taken a responsible attitude. Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri said that it is a matter of pride that Pakistan has nuclear power without any alliance. Pakistan carried out nuclear tests only in response to India’s aggression and irresponsible behavior in the region and in response to its nuclear explosions and to maintain the balance of power and this nuclear power did not bring any kind of harm to the world peace. Pakistan’s nuclear program is managed by a highly secure technical and foolproof command and control system. She said in his statement that America has always been critical of Pakistan’s nuclear program, but actually the world’s peace is threatened by the top nuclear weapons countries, Armed with the desire to dominate the arms race and regional balance among the leading countries. Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri said that Pakistan has always shown a very responsible role regarding the capability of nuclear weapons. Pakistan has maintained its commitment to international standards including the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on non-proliferation, security and safety.
There is a long history of friendship and mutual cooperation between Pakistan and the United States, and at this time when the world is facing various problems and difficulties, to convey the reality of the relationship between Pakistan and the United States. Pure and sustainable efforts are very necessary rather than such irresponsible and unrealistic statements. Such irresponsible statements cannot in any way strengthen Pakistan-US relations. She said that if there are questions regarding the security and safety of nuclear assets, they should ask our neighbor India, which recently fired a missile inside Pakistani territory and said that it was fired by mistake and it was not only non serious, It was a irresponsible and unsafe process, but this process also raises questions about India’s ability to protect its nuclear assets. Pakistan, despite being a nuclear power, has always shown patience and tolerance in contrast to India’s aggressive attitude, which is a proof of being a responsible country. Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri clarified that the world should not have any doubt that Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state.
