TEXAS: Kashmir Global Council (KGC) organized a seminar on comparative analysis of the occupation of Ukraine and Kashmir in Texas here on Tuesday. Scholars, political leaders, and the human rights activists attended the seminar.

The participants of the seminar said at the occasion that the occupation of Kashmir and Ukraine and the human rights violations which are being taken place at both the places are highly condemnable. They condemned Indian tactics to subdue the voice of the innocent masses of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). They also condemned the continuously increasing brutalities of police in the held valley. They expressed their full support with the people of AJK and Ukraine in their struggle for their independence.
Speaking at the occasion, President KGC, Farooq Siddiqi said that western countries should equally see those who have occupied Kashmir and Ukraine. Another participant, Altaf Qadri said that the need of the hour is that the international community should understand that it should directly engage the occupied people instead of conducting dialogues at government level only.

All the participants urged the international community and human rights organizations to play their decisive role for the resolution of prolonged Kashmir and Ukraine issues.
