According to details, the abducted woman was rescued by the police from Dera Ghazi Khan district of Punjab. He said that they have registered an FIR in Dera Ismail Khan but influential people have joined hands with Dera police. District Police Officer Waqar Ahmed took immediate action and located the whereabouts of the accused. Shah Alam was raided and the woman was rescued and produced before the court on which the court handed over the woman to her brothers. The bereaved family thanked DPO Waqar Ahmed, DSP Inam Gandapur. He also thanked the journalists of (Registered) who conveyed their voice to the authorities and got justice.
