RAWALPINDI,   (Parliament Times) : The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) today has urged Kashmiris across the Ceasefire Line and around the world are urged to observe Black Day against unjust sentence given by Indian court to Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Muhammad Yasin Malik. Occupied Kashmir, Azad Kashmir and worldwide protests will be held on the occasion of Black Day in which the real face of so-called Indian secularism and fascist Modi government will be exposed to the world against the punishment of Yasin Malik. People across the state should observe this Friday as Black Day and all the Imams should offer prayers in favor of Yasin Malik, Martyrs of Kashmir and Tehreek-e-Azadi in Friday prayer gatherings and then record protests. The JKLF leadership has appealed to all members of civil society, including political, religious and social parties, to take part in the protest. Liberation Front leaders also demanded the government of Pakistan to take Yasin Malik’s case to the International Court of Justice. These views were expressed by Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Acting Chairman Raja Haq Nawaz, Central Spokesperson Muhammad Rafiq Dar, Central Leaders, Hafiz Muhammad Anwar Samawi, Sajid Siddiqui, Saleem Haroon, Jamshed Ahmad Mirza and Sardar Anwar Khan on Thursday while talking to the delegation led by Sardar Zahid Tabassum, President of Kashmir Newspapers Society.
On this occasion Chairman Editor Council Raja Kafil Ahmed Khan, Secretary Information AKNS Nisar Ahmad Kayani, Secretary Finance AKNS, Chaudhry Javed Iqbal, Senior Journalist Raja Bashir Usmani, Masood Hanif addressed the gathering. Senior journalists Syed Sajjad Hussain Shah, Muhammad Iqbal Awan and Sardar Shaukat Mahmood were also present on the occasion. Members and leaders of Central Supreme Council of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Prof. Zafar Khan, Pervez Iqbal, Khawaja Manzoor Ahmed, Zahid Khan, Khawaja Saifuddin, Sardar Ibrahim Khan Advocate, Tariq Khan, Javed Hanif attended the function on Webinar. The AKNS delegation assured full support to the leadership of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front. And strongly condemned Yasin Malik’s unjust sentence. AKNS President Sardar Zahid Tabassum said that the punishment meted out by India to Yasin Malik after a unilateral court action has exposed the ugly face of Indian secularism to the international community. He said that this move by India would further accelerate the ongoing independence movement in occupied Kashmir. He said that on the day the Indian court was passing sentence, Yasin Malik was in the Indian media all day. The struggle for independence of Kashmir continued to spread propaganda. Instead of breaking Indian propaganda, Pakistan’s electronic media kept showing Imran Khan’s long march to the people all day long. Which is a very sad act. He said that the state media has fulfilled its duty to the fullest and will continue to do so till the logical conclusion of the struggle for independence. Speaking on the occasion, Acting Chairman JKLF Raja Haq Nawaz, Central Spokesperson Muhammad Rafiq Dar, Prof. Zafar Khan said that in the false cases against the beloved leader of Kashmiris Yasin Malik, the entire nation, including the Liberation Front, rejects the decision of the Indian court. The nation is proud of Yassin Malik’s courage and bravery as well as the best spokesman for the independence movement and pays tribute to him. With the decision of the Indian Kangaroo Court, the movement has taken off and Muhammad Yasin Malik become successful. He said that the example of Yasin Malik was enough to shake the international conscience. How the peace seeker was subjected to political revenge. The Modi government’s Hindutva agenda is a threat to the whole world.
