The Pakistan Movement is not just a story of a few years. Still, it is a true and long story of determination, loyalty, and sacrifice. Pakistan came into being on the same day that the first Hindu in India converted to Islam. The great conqueror Muhammad Bin Qasim conveyed the universal message of Islam to the nations of the subcontinent divided into castes and made them a strong force in Islamic Unity. Muslim conquerors, even during the Mughal period, minorities and other religions were given due rights and a proper place in society. These Subsequent events in the British period, the British considered Muslims as their rivals and their alliance with Hindus, and due to the widespread bias in Muslims’ financial, human, and material rights. The Muslim leaders were forced to think that they would have to fight for their rights as a separate force for their identity and this was the starting point for Muslims that led from the concept of Pakistan to the demand and resolution of Pakistan and then to the movement and establishment of Pakistan. There are many valuable and admirable days in the background of Tehreek-e-Pakistan. Among them, 23 March 1940 is the blessed and historic day the Muslims of the subcontinent are adorned with beautiful flowers of honor, greatness, dignity, and pride. After all, this was the interpretation of the dream of Allama Muhammad Iqbal. In his presidential address to the annual meeting of the All India Muslim League in 1930, Allama Muhammad Iqbal pointed out with great clarity the destination of Muslims in India, that the goal of Muslims is only a separate state. On 19 March 1940, 50 activists were martyred in a clash between police and Khaksar movement volunteers in Lahore. The atmosphere in Lahore was mournful. Muslims were in a state of intense grief and anger, while the annual meeting of the All India Muslim League was scheduled for 22 March. The meeting started on 22 March under the chairmanship of Quaid-e-Azam. Nawabzada Sir Shah Nawaz Mamdoot delivered the welcome address. In his presidential address, Quaid-e-Azam said that according to every definition of the word nation, Muslims are a separate nation; therefore, they should have their separate homeland, territory, and kingdom. On the evening of 23 March, in a public meeting of more than one lakh Muslims, Sher-e-Bengal Maulvi Fazal Haq presented a resolution that Muslims are not a minority but a nation. We are in the majority in Bengal, Punjab, NWFP, Sindh, and Balochistan, so we cannot be treated like other minorities. The solution to India’s problem is to divide it into an independent state because the peace can be established in India only in this way.In the seven years from 1940 to 1947, the Muslims of the subcontinent have undoubtedly traveled to many midwives, proving that when a nation is committed to the spirit of steadfastness and freedom, unity, faith, discipline, and if the leadership is sincere, nothing can be an obstacle to achieving the goal. The sun of 14 August 1947 rose with the promise of independence, and the first nuclear power of the Islamic world and the seventh nuclear power of the world appeared on the planet. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan was formed based on bi-national ideology, became the center of hopes of the Muslims, where the word of Islam prevailed, and the identity of all was Pakistani only. The dream of establishing Pakistan was realized with Muslims’ spirit, unity, and determination. Millions of Muslims migrated and made Pakistan their home and renovated and built it until Pakistan became the first Islamic power on the world map.On the occasion of Pakistan Day, we again with the same determination, spirit of unity and harmony, the strength of organization and faith, and pledging to fight for the stability of the homeland and We have to play our role as Pakistani, overcoming national, linguistic, religious, and political differences. Because of the current situation, National Unity and Solidarity Day is Pakistan’s message and the voice of the time.
