Houston,(USA): We the 22 million people of erstwhile state of Jammu Kashmir are still seeking the global justice on the grounds of purely humanity. For 75 years we could not have an incentive to get rid of insurgence, the proxies, and a battlefield of arms race. We are still surviving under the shadow of arms and heavy density of armed personal since 1947.
What we want nothing extraordinary but a normal human life with dignity as a nation as we before the commencement of the conflict popped up due to some geographical and demographical changes in the subcontinent, which were imposed by so called imperialists while dividing the subcontinent for sharing and allocating the roles and responsibilities to new players across the globe. Even though, we were a biggest princely state and had been in a standalone independent status. But we had been victimized of extra judicial occupation, misleading proceedings, biasedness and ultimately the division of the state of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir.
Our third generation has commenced their journey of so-called lives under the shadow of guns in heavy militarized zones of the world. Solving wars, finding impossible solutions, achieving equality, relieving the plight of millions is the incentives lucratively available for rest of the world, however still these aspects of human freedom are in scarcity across the LOC. Our plight is the dismemberments and people of state of Jammu Kashmir are living in a pathetic arena even that rest of the world has fair availability to exercise and enjoy the basic human freedom.
So, what is the meaning a normal life and peace with us.
Be situated, a demand and wish for normal life, independence, dominion, peace, and prosperity is our right, the same is demanded by our nation by virtue of the struggle, which is not contrary with UN charter not clashing or relegating the rights of other nation or neighbors.
Dear honorable respected people of secular and democratic India, would you please allocate a time slot to listen our voices, a 22 million human being which are all ordinary human beings with all features and need a normal independent life. Would you probe into this act which is beyond the recalled history of human being:-
Since 11th Feb 1984, for last 38 years, there is an extraordinary human rights violation is in continuation, the leader of Jammu Kashmir, Maqbool Ahmed Butt remains are still not handed over to his family. Isn’t this above and much beyond the human history? This is unusual in the arena of decent, developed, and well-versed world wherein the humankind possesses the highest value, supremacy, and leverage.
We the people of erstwhile Jammu Kashmir, demand in full swing and with all due conscientiousness that:
- Remains of Maqbool Butt to be handed over to the family without any further delays
- Arrange the retractions of occupier armed forces under UN custody by engaging all stakeholders under patronage of the UN and other prestigious global forums.
- People of Jammu Kashmir to be allowed cross LOC movement to retrieve and rehabilitate their normal ties with their divided families.
- People of Jammu Kashmir to be given natural and usual leverage to revamp their political space to ultimately rebuild their political, geographical, and demographical state hood, as on before 1947.
- All political prisoners to be get released.
Remember, Jammu Kashmir is nuclear flash point, it can be converted into a global capital, a capital for Asian Union, a Swiss of Asia or even nothing else but a peaceful country of 22 million live people of Jammu Kashmir who are having the same properties and characteristics as people of rest of the independent world.
Honestly, this our utmost inclination that huge capitals and resources being spent of the arms and ammunition should be spent on the poor people of subcontinent.
The normalization of all circumstances which are usual for appetite of human beings, not extraordinary. We had spent 78 years under such circumference, but the consequence of that is not pleasant for people of secular republic of India, which is exhibiting from level of poverty, insurgency, instability, the un justice, increasing religious contention and reducing the aspects which can pamper the generations as masses of a normal human sanctuary.
We pledge, our right of Independence we will attain at any cost. However, early resolution is more beneficial for the people of Republic of India, South Asia and rest of the world in general.
