ISLAMABAD, (Parliament Times) : Mianwali resident Sharafat Ali son of Ghulam Jilani has said that after the death of his uncle, tenants have taken over his property. Sharafat Ali said that our property is located at 30 Marla on Jinnah Road 304. Karachi missionaries are tenants of my uncle and after the death of my uncle on 3rd February 2020 when I went to collect rent they refused to pay rent and fought with me. I am the sole owner of this property and I have all the documents. Despite this, the occupiers have illegally occupied my property against whom I have also filed an application in the concerned police station. We appeal to Prime Minister Imran Khan, Chief Minister Punjab, Chief Secretary Punjab, IG Punjab and others to relinquish our property to the occupiers and provide us protection.
