FAISALABAD: Secretary Archeology Punjab Saqib Manan visited Faisalabad and presided over a high level meeting at DC Office and was briefed on the objectives of the Reach Every Door (RED) Corona Vaccination Campaign. The Deputy Commissioner Ali Shahzad, ADC HQ Muhammad Khalid, CEO Health Dr. Kashif Mahmood, CEO Education Ali Ahmed Sian besides Deputy District Health Officers and other officers of the Authority were also present.The Secretary Archeology Punjab said that he has been appointed as incharge of monitoring the targets of the vaccination campaign in the district on the instructions of Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar. He said that the Corona Vaccination Campaign on the doorstep is of great importance and the rest of the days should be spent on achieving the targets.He urged the district administration and the district health authority to play a proactive role in making the campaign successful and use all means of publicity to vaccinate the citizens. The Deputy Commissioner informed that during the campaign nearly 600 out reach and fixed teams are active and all available resources are being utilized to achieve the goals. He also pointed out some of the problems faced during the implementation of the campaign. Later, the Secretary Archeology Punjab visited the points in the streets and reviewed the arrangements available for vaccination of the citizens. He also checked the record of vaccination of the people. During the visit, the Secretary Archeology while talking to the media representatives, he appealed to the people to get vaccinated. He asked the citizens through the media to get vaccinated and protect their lives and the lives of their loved ones from corona. He said that our commitment is to vanish Pakistan from Pakistan.
