FAISALABAD: Under the Joint arrangements of District Administration and Faisalabad Arts Council, Natia Mushaira was organized at Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Auditorium in connection with the celebrations of Ashra Shaan e Rehmatul Lil Alameen(PBUH). Provincial Minister for Public Prosecution Chaudhry Zaheeruddin participated as the special guest. Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Muhammad Khalid, Director Arts Council Zahid Iqbal, Incharge District Control Room DC Office Muhammad Sadiq, Muhammad Akhtar Butt were present while the occasion.
Dr. Riaz Majeed, Sumira Naqvi, Dr. Ayesha Zafar, Bushra Naz, Gulfam Naqvi, Masood Chishti, Ashfaq Babar, Naseem Sehrai, Latif Sajid Chishti, Kausar Ali, Riaz Qadri, Shehzad Baig and other poets presented Naats. Provincial Minister for Public Prosecution Chaudhry Zaheer-ud-Din said that the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awal is a source of mercy for us. He said that deep love for the Prophet (PBUH) is our faith and we should make Sirat Mubarak the covering of our lives so that we may prosper in this world and the hereafter. He said that recitation of Naat is the best way to express the love with the Prophet(PBUH) which strengthens the spirit of faith also. He lauded the faith of the poets those delivered speeches in the Naatiya Mushaera and said that the celebrations of the Ashra in the glory of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) are being celebrated in a grand manner in which the devotees of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) are fully participating.
