Kotli, AJK., (Parliament Times) : In a statement issued from JKLF Zonal Office, the JKLF convener for JKLF AJK-GB Zone Raja Haqnawaz Khan announced the date for the Zonal Convention to be held on Saturday, 13th of November, 2021 in Kotli.
Following the decision of reorganization of party by JKLF Supreme Council on 18th November 2020, Raja Haqnawaz Khan said that after the completion of Unit and Tehsil level party structures in AJK-GB Zone, the party is in the process of formation of district level bodies.
Most of the major party district bodies have been formed while as the schedule for the remaining districts have been finalized and according to the schedule the district level conventions would end by the third week of October, he added.
According to the statement, the Zonal convener Raja Haqnawaz Khan termed the convening of the Zonal Convention as the need of the hour.
The prevailing situation in IHK and the conspiratorial policies against the continued national liberation movement and, against the State of Jammu Kashmir, demand exhibition of a strong national resolve of the people of the State, he said.
He said that the other prerequisites and the arrangements for the Zonal Convention will be announced very soon after the consultations within the concerned party leadership.
On the occasion he expressed his deepest condolences on the sad demises of sister of Khalid Kashmiri (former president JKLF Gulf Zone), father of Zeeshan Mughul and the aunt of Saeed Hussain. He prayed for their highest place in Jannah.
