TANK: Agricultural revolution will take place in Tank and South Waziristan New research centers and laboratories are set up to increase the production of agricultural commodities and improve the production of fruits and other crops. Tank’s agricultural lands are worthy of attention. Provincial Minister Mohibullah Khan during his visit to Tank and South Waziristan. Accompanied by the Provincial Minister, Provincial Secretary Agriculture, Federal DG and Directors Omar Amin Gandapur and other senior officials of relevant departments were also present during the visit. The local officials gave a detailed briefing on the new agricultural research centers and laboratories to be set up at Ranwal in Tank and provided information on locally grown crops. On the occasion, the provincial minister said that Tank South Every effort will be made by the provincial and federal government to make maximum use of the agricultural lands of Lakki Marwat and Dera Ismail Khan in Waziristan. And here p Awareness and facilities will be provided to the people regarding the neglected valuable crops and fruits. Gomal Zam Dam is being further improved. Research Centers will provide direct assistance to farmers and cultivators at the local level. The provincial government is working for other good initiatives in the province including public welfare and development works as well as using all the resources to become self-sufficient in the agricultural sector. The construction of small dams in the province is also a link in this project. Urged immediate functioning of laboratories and research centers and commencement of work so that immediate facilities are available to the farmers and trade at local and national level is promoted by increasing the production of agricultural commodities.
