Lahore : Former test captain-turned-commentator Rameez Raja has joined the race to become Pakistan Cricket Board’s chairman, media reports said Saturday.
According to reports, Prime Minister Imran Khan — who is also the patron in chief of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) — will recommend two names to the governing board for the coveted post in the next few days.
Current chairman Ehsan Mani’s three year term as the head of board is ending by September 18.
Media reports have claimed that Rameez Raja will replace Mani as chairman PCB.
