Education is the most single significant aspect in a country’s development since it increases people’s productivity and creativity and teaches us the value of hard efforts,assists us in our growth and development.As a result ,we may be able to contribute to the formation of a better society by learning and respecting rights laws and regulations.Now-a-days, students are falling in English subject in schools, colleges and universities.There are lots of causes that students are falling in English such as poor management, lack of preparation and lack of interest. First of all,having a procrastinating approach towards studies often leads to less of preparation study materials. The lazy and laid-back attitude of students keep them away from making efforts for learning and understanding the various concepts that they might be tested upon.They are too lazy to work themselves and expect others to do their assignments and tests for them. Lack of focus, this age of information and technology ,where smart devices and mobile phones are a necessity of the society, concentrating on studies without any distractions is quite difficult. With access to the internet ,involvement in social media websites and a world of vedio games at their disposal ,finding the time to actively study is too hard. Students fail because they are unable to focus on their studies and are distracted by these worldly activities. Also, time as we know is assent.Time once lost can’t be retrieved.The above two factors are both times consuming.The non-academic distractions often take up most of the time of students .They fail to utilize time properly due to procrastination. Sometimes, due to large number of academic commitments, students are unable to prioritize their studies and hence lose valuable time.So,students who can’t manage time properly ,end up failing in high schools. Lack of confidence is one of the most popular causes.The excessive use of internet and social media websites in taking students towards a life of isolation and anti -social activities.Such students lack confidence to cope with others and have low self-esteem.They don’t have faith in their own capabilities and refuse to take help from teachers and peers.Last but not least some students merely fail becauseof a careless mindset.Thet don’t give the due importance to their studies. In that case,the English instructors should be more careful about their lessons.The students, whois in fear of this subject, don’t find it interesting.The teachers should get better teaching skills and make their lessons easy and interesting so that everyone should get an attraction to the subject.For the students who find English hard ,they need to practice English as much as possible.They need to make English short conversations with their friends and teachers so that they get rid of fear.Lots of practice can remove your weaknesses from this subject.Thus, There are some ways for the problem to be solved which must be applied in order to bring improvement.
