Muzaffarabad,( Parliament Times): Raja Amjad Hussain Minhas has been promoted to the post of Director Information.An official notification has been issued by the Services and General Administration. Raja Amjad Hussain Minhas was acting as Deputy Director Information in the Liaison Office Rawalpindi.
He is the most senior officer of the department who has been promoted to the post of Director Information. During his service in Bagh, Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Rawalpindi and Rawalpindi, Raja Amjad Hussain Minhas is an officer with an excellent career who is the backbone of the department.
Raja Amjad Hussain is a graduate of Punjab University, Lahore, from where he obtained a Masters Degree in Mass Communication. In addition, he benefited from many professional courses and workshops. He joined the Information Department in 1992 as an Information Officer. Raja Amjad Hussain Minhas has an important role to play in modernizing the Information Department and in matters of reform which will be further enhanced after his appointment as Director.
