Bajwa hits head lines again by reiterating its desire for peace with neighbouring countries volunteering a policy of non interferance in their matters for good.. and in return elaborated prospects of eco social betterment for region same time rather in lower tone asked for a condusive environment in Kashmir that he expects from india to make his offers of peace comprehensive. Earlier last month DGMOS of both countries issued a truce statement amidst china and india agreeing to de escalate in ladkh area and india lifting all restriction on chines companies trading in india straightway thus normalizing economic ties all most over ridding Quad membership enthusiasm India has to counter China in Pacific sea and beyond and now Bajwa advancing policy of peace rings bells. Though both countries so far havent officially revealed channels , individuals involved and characteristics of peace agenda as nothing is promised for kashmiries as nothing is said about reversing of status qua India stubbornly revoked in 2019 ,how it happened but surely knowing what we all know about pak-India bad relations covert and open stiff and divergent policies wars and skirmishes at Loc manifestation of deep hatred since partition thus scars both have of violent past and have carried them till now . it didnt come out of blue moon .it simply couldnt have come as result of one happy morning. There are some international and local players which played a role to bring both countries at table surely be learnt during course of time. Pakistan has its own countless problems ie western boarder ,economy ,USA wrapping up from Afghanistan so a war is awaited again amongst Afghan with massive repercussions , relationships with middle east and political turmoil in pakistan understandably require peace with india . Other hand Modi govt passed eight back to back budgets and has not increased military spending inspite of all war mongering by BjP leadership shows war with pak and china is not priority of india as india is facing similar challenges though its stature economy and military strength is much higher somehow enduring for India then Pakistan despite these facts war is un imaginable because of number of reasons ie atomic deterance and parity both rather three have , missile ,other capabilities and warrenting international pressure it will bring in …military victory is not possible for india so is case with pakistan and China too Trio with powerful armies could defend themselves against any adversary is a reality and is endorsed by experts and is the minds of govt of three countries . Issues they have there ain’t any military solution to it .amassing of armies at boarders and talk of war may have been successful used by india for coversive foreign policy achievements against pakistan for short period in past not as permanent solution to problems india have therfore opting and realization of importance for dialogue is only way forward nonetheless welcome step. Our region is most densely populated with huge problems health education water jobs poverty and other problems originate from these makes it mission impossible to fix them on top, a ooming danger of wars and insecurity ultimately directs all resources in amassing weapons and running and keeping militaries which further aggrevates problems inherently region faces dims hope of better future therfore if some one as significant as Bajwa as whom power resides with speaks about peace is not less then a news in region However one wonder as this is not first time a ray of hope shown , other rulers both from Pindi and Islamabad at times expressed virtually with same phrases and senses this gesture in past but yielded no lasting results , still an army chief of pakistan spoke this way and have come up with proverbial idea of live and let live is news . India and Pakistan could give up their claimes on important and strategic territories is almost a fantasy therfore underlying issues will remain as is with potential of triggering conflict at any time one thing is certain with all disappointments of dismall past only pak army chief and Modi if want could pull off this miracle none other across Indian pakistani political spectrum have gutts and resolve to change the course of history .
