ZHOB: The ruling Balochistan Awami Party Zhob chapter and the district administration held a rally here on Friday to express solidarity with the oppressed people of India-held Kashmir. The rally was led by Deputy Commissioner Mir Shehak Baloch. Superintendent Police Lt ® Fahad Khosa, AC Wahab Nasar, Deputy Director Dr. Naseebullah Kakar, Khair Muhammad Mandokhail, Naqeebullah Babar, Fazal Amin Mandokhail, Allama Naseem Babar, Abdul Hanan Hariphal, Malik Asmatullah Miankhail, officials and people from different walks of life largely showed up in the rally. The participants were carrying Kashmir flags and holding banner inscribed with slogans in the favour of Kashmiris. The participants shouted slogans against the Indian forces for committing genocide of Kashmiris. Expressing solidarity with Kashmiris and condemning the Indian aggression, DC Shehak Baloch said that the indigenous struggle launched by the people of Kashmir for their legitimate right to self-determination in line with resolutions passed by the United Nations Security Council, could not be suppressed in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

Another rally also taken out to highlight the plight of oppressed people in occupied Kashmir in neighboring Sherani district. Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ramzan Palal led the solidarity rally. He expressed concerns over the silence of the UN and human rights organizations over brutalities faced by the people of occupied Kashmir. He called upon the UN to play its due role in stopping Indian atrocities and ensuring provision of the right of self-determination to Kashmiris for which they struggled for the last seven decades.

Meanwhile, Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam also took out a really on Kashmir Solidarity Day. Maulana Allah Dad Kakar, Haji Hassan Sherani, Molvi Sarwer Kakar and Molvi Sultan Shah Mandokhail spoke on the occasion. They demanded of the international community to raise voice against the Indian government for killing innocent people.
