Sujawal /Jati: A high- profile five-member team of doctors headed by professor Dr. Hari Ram of Benazir Bhutto Medical College Liyar, exhumed the body of a polio worker Afzal Ahmed Jat who was mysteriously killed 8 months ago in a village of taluka jati. The Exhumation was carried out under the supervision of second Civil Judge Jamil Ahmed Rajper.
The body of Afzal Jat was found floating in a stream in a locality of taluka Jati 8 months ago, parents of the deceased lodged FIR against three suspects two of them were booked by police while one is still at large, they suspected that he might have been strangled to death over a minor dispute.
Samples taken by the team shall be sent for chemical examination to ascertain the exact cause of the death; said Medical Superintendent Taluka Hospital Jati Dr. Yameen Shah.
A strong contingent of Jati police cordoned off the graveyard no outsider was allowed to enter the graveyard, whilst the Father, brother, and an uncle of the deceased witnessed the exhumation process.
My Son was innocent, and I am hopeful that justice would be done to him; said the father of the polio worker
