Let enhance towards the topic that what is unemployment, how it causes in our country- here i write in simple words: unemployment occurs when no any resources are found for the folks who wants to do work but unable to find a job due to the lowest economic output. Nowadays unemployment is one of the serious macroeconomic problem which has no solution . It is an common issue nowadays. Inspite of edication peoples are jobless, To prevent unemployment we should have to design suitable policies and programmes to contest it. Causes of unemployment: A rapid increase in population. It is considered to be one of the highest population proliferates. Nowadays (Nepotism) means “safarish” is being cultured for those who paid money for a single seat. No matter, a person would be educated or uneducated . The 3rd remain problem is lack of industries in our country that is the wastage resource in a large scale In our country unemployment problem is increasing rapidly. Crime take place in daily basis,it is leading towards the depression state. Behind it reason is that the poor education system which is running by the government. Youth is take higher education but unusually jobs are very rare, parent are spending huge amont on their children for the sake of preferable job. Sadly, Government is not taking any action to prevent unemployment and for the poor education system also. The biggest problem of unemplyment is growth rate. Population is so high.it is increasing at a 2.2% per annum . Reason is lack of awarness , desired of sons this is so called illetracy cause folks are bearing child not rearing due to lack of resources. The second problem is high age of retirement. Government is directly responsible for jobless peoples because of high age i-e 60years . Lots of deserving people and educated people are waiting for jobs and peoples having high education is making them exasperated, because of no job .Cause of unemployment is lack of industries. Peoples are having less education they are jobless.somewhere there is no any industrial platform in poor areas where needy peoples can suffer for their abbundance. Unemployment is an acute problem in pakistan, it is very serious matter.govt should increase the number of industries to prevent poverty and to make strong nation. Problem of unemployment is also increasing cause of (sifairish).it is very common desired peoples are jobless and the peoples with (saifairish) easily get therir jobs of their choice It is an example of unbalanced backbone of the body , other parts of system would remain harm Here, i have mentioned some ticky points which we have to follow . The ratio of unemployment can be reduced. The first thing is the proper planning by the government. Education system must be practical and equal for all candidates. Jobs should be preferred on merit basis. The age of retirement must be 50years not more then above. There must be family planning centers to curb population. To prevent unemployment throughout the country , it is not an easy task but it is a simle line “before change the world, change to yourself”.
