ISLAMABAD;   Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has decided to hold public meeting in Multan on November 30 as per schedule despite PML-N request.

PDM leadership has turned down PPP plea for inviting Mohsin Dawar, chairman of Pushtoon Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) to participate in PDM Multan public meeting.

On the other hand Mohsin Dawar has also announced not to attend any public meeting of PDM.

According to sources PML-N had requested to extend the date of holding public meeting in Multan due to demise of mother of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif. Nawaz Sharif has suspended political activities due to death of his mother. He will not address public meeting in Multan.

Sources said PPP plan on holding public meeting still stands unchanged. PDM leadership will address the public meeting.

Sources said PDM Lahore Public meeting is likely to be affected owing to death of Shamim Akhtar mother of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif.

According to sources PPP had requested to invite Mohsin Dawar in Multan public meeting , however, PDM leadership has rejected this request.
