Climate change

China’s aggressive policy of planting trees is likely playing a significant role in tempering its climate impacts. An international team has identifies two areas in the country where the scale of Carbon dioxide absorption by forest has been underestimated. Taken together these areas account for a little over 35% of china’s entire land carbon sink. A carbon sink is any reservoir. Such as peatland, or forest that absorbs more carbon than it releases thereby lowering the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere. China is the world largest source of human-produced carbon dioxide, responsible for around 28% of global emission. But it recently stated an intention to peak those emissions before 2030 and then to move carbon neutrality by 2060. The specific of how the country would reach these goal is not clear, but it inevitably has to include not only deep cuts in fossil fuel use but way also to pull carbon out of the atmosphere for climate change we have to cultivate tree in our surroundings.- Sameen Abid Turbat

Superstition

There are some of the popular superstition in world. Suppose, if a black cat crossing your way will bring a bad luck for you, so many people back track and take another path. Crows crowing announce surprise arrivals of the guess, you sneeze because someone is thinking of you and if your left eyes twitches then something bad is about to take place. These are the most common superstitions in the world. An educate person never believes in these kinds of things. If we think, how can a black cat bring bad lucks to a person? These are just of words of mouth of some uneducated people around us. It is just a belief or a trust in magic. Belief has huge power that our minds are unable to understands the truth. It builds a super natural power in our minds to do not think about the reality. It stops us to be positive instead it increases negative thoughts. There is no such evidence to prove that the superstitions are right. Why do people in superstitions? If you live in a society where people always talk about superstition and act on them then you automatically go for believing in superstitions. In the world there are many airport which do not contain 13 jets. There are buildings which avoid 13th flour because most of people in the world think that 13 is an unlucky number. -Talal Qasimi Turbat

Boycott France

Recently, a French magzine named “Charlie Hebdo” drawn pictures of our Holly Prophet (P.B.U.H). A teacher was killed in France after showing those pictures of Prophet (P.B.U.H) to his students. French president Emmanuel Macron remarked against our Holy Prophet and Islam while paying homage to teacher who was beheaded outside of his school. Morever, those pictures were also projected on government buildings as a tribute to teacher. It has upset the Muslims throughout the world. Islam is the religion of peace, it strictly prohibited its followers to disgrace someone’s religion. Even no other religion or law of world allows to humiliate any other religion. Then why France is doing these kind of ill-suited activities over and over? Take notes that it was not the first time. France is practicing such type of inappropriate acts repeatedly. Several Muslim countries condemned this act of France and boycotted of French products. Many processions were carried out across the Muslim world with slogans “World Muslims are united”, “Macron will pay a high price”. Muslims can give up their lives but can not condone anything against their Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and Islam. It is high time that we should also boycott French goods and show our love for our Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) and religion.  -Muzaffar Khoso Sukkur

Turbat Need Colleges

Turbat is the second largest city of Balochistan after Quetta. Despite of its large population and its importance, It has only two colleges: Atta Shad Degree college Turbat and Government Girls Degree College. They were established in 1969. Students from all over Mekran have been coming in these colleges for their further studies for years. As the population is increasing day by day, there is need of more collages in the city. There are thousands of students being enrolled every year in these 2 colleges and these colleges are not capable enough to provide a proper education to such a huge number of students. I request to the Government of Balochistan, to provide more colleges to Turbat for a better education system of Turbat. -Sattar Samad Turbat, Kech
