ISLAMABAD: The CDA Board has decided to open Park Enclave Phase 3. CDA Board approved this in a meeting chaired by Chairman Amir Ali Ahmed yesterday.
As per media reports there are 1,061 plots in this scheme. There are four categories of plots in the scheme.25×50 size priced at Rs.76 lacks, 35×70 size priced at Rs. 1 crore 50 lacks,40×80 priced at Rs.1 crore 95 lacks,50×90 priced at Rs.27 million has been fixed.
The CDA will call for applications for the sale of these plots next month.
