Evey year on 11th August we celebrate National Minority Day to honor the services and sacrifices, rendered by religious minorities for the country over there years and for this we first remember the father of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah who was the first who recognized the rights of non-Muslims as an equivalent and identical as it would be given to any other Muslim citizen in Pakistan. On 11th August, 1947 in his landmark speech, Quaid gave a vision on which foundation of Pakistan should have laid. To appreciate and highlight the services and sacrifices of Pakistan’s minorities in the
creation and subsequently their contribution in nation building and prosperity of Pakistan. His heart wining words for minorities were: "You are free to go to your temples; you are free to go to your mosques or to any other place of worship in this state of Pakistan". Which tells us the real meaning of Pakistan but unfortunately now minority communities are not treated as it was dreamt. Minority communities have given their best for the progress of Pakistan. Whatever issues or metter would be there but one thing which I wanted to share from core of my heart is this that We love our country and we are ready all the time like our ancestors to be sacrificed for it. Love you Pakistan.
