The current situation in Kashmir portrays the bleak picture of the poor Kashmiri people because of atrocities made by the Indian army. History bears the witness that Kashmir valley which is known as paradise on the earth is full of victims of pellet guns, rape, and extra-judicial killings. This breeds a new intifada movement in Kashmir which shall cause total annihilation and chaos in the territory. Indian supremacist premier Modi has no realization that his rumble decision could cause a regional crisis. The
sending of additional Indian forces and revoking Article 370 and 35A by ruling BJP in India shows New Delhi is becoming increasingly desperate in holding on to its occupation of Kashmir. The use of pellet guns against resistance and using a cluster bomb to kill innocent people is a cowardly act of Indian forces. The right of self-determination is accorded to Kashmir since the partition of 1947. The people of India-held Kashmir had been enjoying this status since 1954 through an agreement between Jawaharlal Nehru and Kashmiri leader Shiekh Abdullah. Supremacist Modi has to rethink the decision of
constitutional change and nullify the act of revoking the article said articles from the Indian constitution because this amendment shall reap global disorder. The Hindus and Muslims shall not stay in united India. Fascist premier Narendra Modi is an impulsive and tamed politician who takes rash decisions to please the RSS followers at the risking life of Kashmiri people. This act shall bring new intifada movement which shall cause partition of India into a new small state Nagaland. The Indian historian must tell the Modi that learn something from past havoc event and the history repeats. India has to learn from The Soviet Union that how the division was inevitable in 1991. August 14, 1947, as an independent state on the world map but due to the Kashmir issue, this partition is still required completion of Pakistan. Kashmir is bleeding since our partition and sufferings of Kashmiris are countless. Hundreds of innocent Muslim children, women, and old men have been the victim of brutality by pallet guns. After abolishing Article 370 and 35-A, Kashmir is now burning. Our government is trying to settle down the issue and seems trying to avoid nuclear war between the two countries. valid proof to show in the international court of justice. The international law stands applicable in favor of Kashmir over the issue of revoking constitutional article 370 and 35A. The Indian supremacist ruling BJP party is bias and fanatics it's an approach towards muslin is inharmonic. They have Hindutva ideology and wanted to eradicate other races and nations living in the subcontinent. The Islam-phobia concept hovers very deep in the minds of BJP proponents that they feel no mercy over the humans. Whoso he is inappropriate to age or gender but the chauvinist Hindu kills the opponent at the road
without any fear of legal punishment. For several decades, the people of India-held Kashmir has been in a state of rebellion against tyranny and oppression, but the world has failed to ensure the protection of their human rights under any law – national or international. The people of Kashmir are fighting for their most fundamental human rights: the right to self-determination and freedom from tyranny and oppression? How can the international community ignore the fact that changes in Kashmir's status
introduced by the racist regime in New Delhi is aimed at helping its business elite gobble up Kashmir's land and forests and thus deprive the Kashmiri people of the ownership of their natural resources? The international community's failure to help the people of Kashmir has emboldened the Narendra Modi government to surpass all its predecessors in the use of naked force and various other forms of coercion to suppress their struggle for basic human rights. and torture in the security forces' illegal cells, pellet guns have been used to blind children. Now cluster bombs are being used to terrorize the unarmed youth. An indefinite curfew in Srinagar and elsewhere has meant the whole population is starved and denied access to medical aid. It is high time for Muslims in particular, to raise the voice and performs an action for the relief of fellow Muslims as soon as possible because the delay bears more violation and molestation of innocent Kashmiri girls and children.
The inhuman attitude of Indian soldiers is causing mental as well as pa psychological depression into Kashmir masses. This shall affect the generations young as well as new to come. Kashmir is standing at front for liberation and freedom of right to live. It has suffered a lot at the hands of unfair Indian brutality. The Kashmir is real face truth and independence on the map of the world. Since the partition of Indo-Pak, Kashmir territory remained a flashpoint of a dispute between Pakistan and India. This disputed territory witnessed the loss of human lives in bulk and consumed its sources on war. The
economy is at the wheelchair, human life is at risk of death at every minute and the day. This loss is irreparable since the dispute took birth. The loss was not yet compensated when the Indian fascist government reckoned article 370 and 35-A. The right to live life is snatched. The inhuman Indian army imposed a curfew on 5th August 2019. When the articles of the Indian constitution were revoked!
Kashmir’s freedom is at stake! Live free and breathe independently in IOK is a now dream! Kashmir is the self-realization which must be determined as a free and independent nation by the world leaders and Indian political think tank. The human as well as natural law grants recognition to Kashmir as a free nation on the map of the world. Kashmir has existence on the human map. May it be geographic and socio-political as other nations of the world.
