Mithi: Ms. Aneesa Waliullah, a social leader and human rights activist, distributed clothes among the poor and deserving families, especially the children, of five villages of Mithi and Islamkot Talukas on Sunday.
Accompanied by a team of her volunteers, she visited village Dharaarr, Railo Rind, Mao Akheraj, Malnhor and another village and gave away the clothes so that the poor families can celebrate the Eid.
Aneesa said that she has distributed clothes in other villages earlier and would continue to do so as the poor villagers have no purchasing power to buy clothes and enjoy the religious festival.
“I will continue my mission and also seek help of other well-to-do people in this regard,” she said.
Kirshan Sharma, Manoj Kothari, Kuldeep Goswami, Ameet Lohano, Zakar Sodho and other social leaders were also present.
