MUZAFFARABAD: Four people were killed and 13 others sustained injuries when a passenger van plunged into a ditch in Neelum Valley area of Azad Kashmir.
According to details, the unfortunate vehicle fell into the Neelum River due to brake failure. As soon as the accident was reported, locals and Pakistan Army personnel rushed to the spot and removed the bodies from the vehicle and transferred them to the Kel area of the valley.
Four passengers died on the spot while 13 injured including five in critical condition were shifted to Kel Hospital.
