Qambar Shahdadkot is a district situated in North-west of Sindh having the total population of 1.341 Million according to the census of 2017 by Pakistan Bureau of Statistics. District Head Quarters Hospital, Qambar Shahdadkot covers a territory of 14.5 thousand acres divided into seven talukas. The hospital was constructed within 7 years with a total cost of 1 billion. Just like the Isolation ward was vandalized by enraged people when the administration refused to hand over the dead body of Coronavirus suspected case in Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) in Karachi on Thursday. The circumstances in DHQ hospital Qambar are identical. It is accustomed there now that patient attendants do gratuitous violence; come and grab the collar of duty doctors and Medical Superintendent. Doctors all over the division are afraid to perform duties there.  Many more cases are there where doctors were beaten for the mistakes they haven’t made.
