LARKANA: Courier and post services affected in lockdown million parcels and other articles, letters and other articles hunted, provide the facilities (Customers), asked the customers about delay in delivery (Courier Officials).
Although Pakistan Post and other courier services, especially TCS and OCS are open and continued the booking of articles, Parcels, Urgent Mail Services (UMS), Registrations, but the mail delivery process came to a grinding halt due to the continued lockdown situation in the province.
In this situation, the million peoples Parcels, Letters, UMS were not delivered during time period, and were lusted; the customers Muhib Hussain Pirzado, Dr Dur Mohd Pathan, Faiz Mohd Chhajro and others told that our important articles eg: letters, registered, UMS, Parcels and others were not delivered during the period, so they were disheveled. Other side, post and other couriers services representatives Iqbal Lashari, Riaz Meerani and others asked that in present situation, the lock down, the especial and local transport completely closed, so couriers not delivered within time period, first we indicate the customers before the booking but must delivered, later customers booking their articles.
As reports; the biggest courier services in Pakistan is Pakistan Post Services, while other companies including TCS and OCS working for the delivering of Parcles and other articles; but federal Government has not prepared the policy about courier services, resultantly peoples are perplexed.
The citizens Farzand Ali Sawand, Ghulam Qadir Aheer, Ghulam Rasool Chhajro and others said that in lock down courier companies not delivering the courier during time period, while the offices are opened and were booking the articles and parcels, citizens are drowning and floating. So, Federal government would make better policy about courier services either detained for booking, they demanded.
Mean while; the various courier services also apply the notice of information’s to the peoples customers that in lock down and stopped up of transports delay in delivery, and courier services asking they are not responsible, later customers continued the booking of articles and Parcels.
