RAWALPINDI: Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa has said no threat can defeat a responsible and committed nation and this has been shown and done by China.
According to ISPR army chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa has issued orders to Pakistan army to gear up pace of efforts to support civil administration. These orders were issued by him after his meeting with Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan.
Army chief said “ we will discharge it as sacred obligation the process of protecting the nation against coronavirus. Pakistan army being part of national endeavors will discharge this obligation. No threat can defeat a responsible and determined nation as has been shown and done by China.
He underlined individual discipline and mutual cooperation will unify the efforts of all the institutions and this will lead to national success.
He remarked every safety measure at individual level is of paramount importance. Securing oneself against coroanvirus at individual level in fact is basis for collective safety.
First of all we have to be a responsible citizen at individual level so that the efforts of government and institutions could bear fruit at collective level, he urged.
He held it is responsibility of every Pakistani to adhere to the instructions outlined by government and health department as the national efforts will materialize by doing so.
