Lahore:     Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan has taken oath as new Chief Justice of Lahore High Court (LHC).

As per media reports, Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar has administered oath to Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan as Chief Justice LHC.
Oath-taking ceremony was held at Governor House.
Special measures were made to avoid from COVID-19 during the oath-taking ceremony where all the attendees were allowed to go in the ceremony after complete screening and hand sanitizing.

Judges of LHC, federal and provincial law officers, judicial officers and senior lawyers attended the ceremony.

Chief Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan was accorded warm welcome on his arrival in LHC.

Registrar Lahore High Court Bahadur Ali Khan welcomed the honorable CJ.
CJ was also presented a guard of honor by smartly turned out contingent of police.
