LAHORE: Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Usman Buzdar has said those hatching conspiracies against the incumbent government should render account of loot and plunder spree of their own tenure.
He said this during his meeting with PTI senior leader Jahangir Tareen here at CM house Monday.
The two leaders exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and political situation of the country. They made consultations over the matters related to establishment of secretariat for South Punjab. Buzdar said PTI government under the leadership of PM Imran Khan would complete its tenure. Those conspiring against the incumbent government should give account of the loot and plunder spree of their own tenure. He went on to say the p0litics of those who have impoverished country has come to end once for all. The conspirators will fail in coming days like the past. Those launching propaganda campaign against the government will have to suffer humiliation. We have done concrete works for the uplift of general public during one and half year.
He stated the erstwhile rulers kept on spending billion of rupees for promoting personal image. We will work day in, day out for delivering our pledges. We don’t chant hollow slogans but we take pro-active steps. South Punjab secretariat issue will be resolved in a befitting way. Jahangir Tareen said the ever transparent government in the history of the country is engaged in serving the common man under the leadership of PM Imran Khan. Opposition has no agenda. Opposition parties are fragmented due to disunity in their ranks. Neither any in house change will occur nor will mid term polls take place.
