Islamabad:      Another plea has been submitted in Islamabad High Court (IHC) to stop Maulana Fazal-ur- Rehman Azadi March.

According to media reports, Counsel Riaz Hanif Rahi has filed plea taking the stance that court should declare illegal and unconstitutional Maulana and PML-N move to close Islamabad.
He requested in the plea that Court should restrain Islamabad Commissioner from allowing the protesters to hold independence March.
The petitioner has taken plea that NAB cases are pending against PML-N leaders while Nawaz Sharif also has written a letter from jail to support independence March .

The petitioner also took stance that PML-N wants to put pressure on NAB through independence march.
They requested to court that Maulana should be stopped from holding Dharna and independence march.

According to the plea that Supreme Court and Islamabad High Court have given the order to allocate place for Dharna and Independence march.
Interior secretary, Maulana Fazal ur Rehman , PML-N, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad and Chairman PEMRA have been made respondents in this petition. .

The plea also is pending hearing against Dharna before this in Islamabad High Court.
